VIP SURGICAL JOURNEY & CONCIERGE REFUND POLICY

Overview

As a premium US-managed medical concierge, we block exclusive operating room time with Colombia’s top 1% Board-Certified surgeons, secure luxury recovery suites, and arrange dedicated 24/7 private nursing for your arrival. Because these elite resources are reserved specifically for you months in advance, our refund policy reflects the high-ticket nature of these commitments.

1. The VIP Clearance & Scheduling Deposit

To secure your surgery date and initiate the US-managed logistical process, an initial deposit is required. This deposit is strictly non-refundable. It covers the immediate administrative costs, medical file reviews, and the holding of your exclusive surgical date.

2. Medical Disqualification (Your Safety First)

Your safety is our ultimate priority. If our Board-Certified medical team or anesthesiologists determine during your clearance process that you are not a medically safe candidate for surgery, you will be offered a full refund of your surgical fees (minus the initial administrative deposit) or the option to postpone until you are medically cleared.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations

We understand that life events happen.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule your surgical journey once, without penalty, provided you notify our US-based concierge team at least 45 days prior to your original surgery date.
Cancellations: Cancellations made 45 days or more before the procedure may be eligible for a partial refund of the surgical fees paid, minus the non-refundable deposit and any logistical penalties incurred from third-party luxury partners (e.g., private villas). Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled surgery are entirely non-refundable due to the inability to reassign elite medical and recovery resources on short notice.

4. Post-Arrival & Unused Services

Once your VIP journey begins and you arrive in Colombia, no refunds will be issued for unused services. This includes early departures from the luxury recovery suite, refusal of private nursing, or opting out of scheduled lymphatic drainage therapies.
